Acces the properties on a MapService layer

Hi, I have a shp file in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.3 and want to share it as a web layer of type Tile. I also want the properties to be accessible in a popup when I click on it in the Map Viewer. I share the layer to AGOL, not Enterprise.
I need the capabilities to have the "Query" like in the screen capture below:
Is there a way to to do that?
