Hello,

I am new to CityEngine and ArcGIS pro. I am trying to generate 3D vegetation models in ArcGIS Pro from LiDAR point cloud data. If I have the 3D models of trees in ArcGIS Pro how can I bring that to CityEngine? My goal is to have a 3D model of an area in .usd format which is compatible with Omniverse Platform.

Thanks in Advance

If you already have the tree model displaying in ArcGIS Pro then it sounds like the data is in a geodatabase. If that is the cause you can follow this tutorial for how to import a geodatabase feature class into CityEngine. Any other questions on CityEngine are probably best asked in the CityEngine community.

thanks,
