Use Right-click on colour picker to set line colour

Create functionality in Pro to click on the colour palette using the right mouse button to set the line colour.
Currently you can right click on the tile next to a layer name and then left click on the colour to use for fill.

In some graphic design tools you can use the same workflow but right click on the colour to set it for the outline (CorelDraw for one. 

Bonus points to enable use of the eyedropper outside of the app window.

Left click to set fill colour
Right click to set line colour
