Use consistent hints and naming in menus for Ctrl-T to open a Table

Edited Idea:
Opening a Table and opening an Attribute Table is the same thing for all intents and purposes. 
Standardise Pro to use the same naming and shortcut hints for Ctrl-T to open Tables as well, not just Attribute Tables.

This will make it easier for new users and those that use a lot of different tools.

I was going by the lack of shortcut text next to Open:

Please be consistent with naming things in Pro. Do you want me to update this Idea to revise and describe it as a UI change or make a new Idea?

The built-in shortcut has been added to ArcGIS Pro 3.4.
