When going through data from unfamiliar sources, or for users like me with bad memory, it would be helpful if there was some visual cue in the Table of Contents or ArcCatalog pane to indicate a feature class has no records.  Would save time having to dig through datasets knowing which have no features, and can be disregarded, or conversely which need to have features brought in or created.

Later perhaps a live count of records could be figured into the user interface, but I realize that might take more work from the developers.

The geoprocessing tool should have a warning message when zero features were created. This was available in ArcMap but removed in Pro.

This is the 'empty output generated' warning in ArcGIS Pro: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/tool-errors-and-warnings/001001-010000/tool-...

As for this idea, the ArcGIS Pro Contents pane does provide an 'Empty feature layers' option in the filter https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/map-authoring/contents-pane.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_...

As noted in my previous comment, the 'Empty feature layers' option in the Contents pane filter should resolve this request, meaning that it isn't necessary to dig through datasets.
