I tried using PDF to TIFF to import a PDF file that had markup areas drawn on as comments in the document, but these did not come through the tool like the base PDF did.
This would useful to have as an option (perhaps a tickbox) in the tool to import additional markup. Clients often send me marked up PDF maps that I would normally georeference and trace their features, and having the tool support this would speed up the process.
