Support GetFeatureInfo in WMT-S

ArcGIS 10.1 supports WMT-S for ArcGIS desktop. It would be a good idea to support GetFeatureInfo (RESTFul API) requests so ArcMap users can get the underlying feature data for the clicked area on the WMT-S layer.

Also would be great to support GetFeatureInfo in the ArcGIS API for JavaScript as well.

WMS provides this GetFeatureInfo function as below. WMT-S should do the same. Without this option the the map is just a dumb image and you can't access the underlying feature data.
