Subtype Group Layer Not Showing Domains

When looking at Field Properties on a Subtype Group Layer, Domains are not visible that have been assigned at the Subtype Level.

Thanks for this idea, @PaigeFlorie 

This is expected.  When configuring domains and default values on the fields of a class with subtypes, users must goto the subtypes data design view to set and observe current field settings.
