Sort by field names, field data types, domain coded values and descriptions when creating feature class

When creating new feature classes / tables or when adding new fields with data types in the New Feature Class wizard, provide the ability to Sort Fields by Name and Data Type.
Also, when adding Domains, make Domain Names and Coded Values sortable in the wizard. And also provide ability to rearrange domain coded values according to user needs when viewing the domains in a field in ArcMap. while editing. By default right now, any changes to domain coded values changes the order of how the coded values are seen in ArcMap table.
