Snapping option is deactivated while using streaming (something that ESRI chose to do). The solution is to hold the spacebar, which is NOT a good solution when the user has to hold it 6 or 7 hours a day, and it can lead to muscular problems. Can ESRI change this and fix it so it become similar to Arcmap, where the snapping is also activated while streaming.
