The Split editing tool allows users to use the "Interactive" or "By Feature" method. The tool defaults to "Interactive." However, it would be nice if the user could set the default method.
We have users who primarily use the "By Feature" method of the Split tool. Their workflows would be more efficient if their Split tool defaulted to "By Feature" method.
