Set default tab in pane

In panes like the Geoprocessing pane:

It would be helpful if we could choose to make a specific tab be the default, such as the Toolboxes tab instead of the Favorites tab.

Reason: I don't really use Favorites. I find I'm always switching to the Toolboxes tab, which is inconvenient.

Idea: Right-click a tab title to choose to make it the default.

Another example is the Symbology pane:

I don't really use Gallery symbols. I only use the Properties tab. So I'd like to make the Properties tab the default.
