Using Pro 3.5.2

Current behaviour:
You have a Definition Query with a lot of items and open the SQL Editor view. You click into the editor box and then type CTRL-End.
The cursor jumps to the end of the entry/text but the window doesn't scroll down for you to see where the cursor ended up.

Once you've scrolled down to find the cursor and did what you needed to do, type CTRL-Home and the cursor goes to the top of the entry and the window follows (as expected).

Please change the behaviour so that the window will scroll to the cursor location for both CTRL-End and CTRL-Home.

Hi @RTPL_AU! This is more of a bug than an Idea so I will be closing this. Idea Exchanges are not the right place to log software bugs or crashes. Bugs and crashes should be logged with Technical Support.  Thank you for your continued engagement!

Hi @ValeriaChavez
The key to the matter is if this is designed behaviour or not.

If the editor box was designed to maintain visual focus in the way it currently does, this is a valid Idea.
If the behaviour we see is not as intended, then it is a bug.

Can you please find out from the developers what their design intent was?
Happy to lodge a case with our locals but if this was just a bad design decision then why waste everybody's time right?
