Rotate labels for line features
I have a line feature, with labels along each line. The labels are supposed to be horizontal - but rotated by 180° so they are upside down. However, it isn't possible to rotate the label itself or the symbol as it is e.g. for points:

In the Symbol settings, "Rotation" is greyed out:
It would be great to rotate line labels as well - either by a specified field or a set degree.
@CraigWilliams Please change this idea to Open so we can upvote it.
Here's an example:
I want the line's label to be oriented the same as the text in the georeferenced image. The line direction is from top (start node) to bottom (end node). But I don't think the line direction matters in this case.
I want the label to be rotated 180 degrees.
Kudo an idea where the status is Needs Clarification
