Pro 3.0 comes with a great new feature that warns you when you're about to run a tool or other process on a selection. However, the warning is appearing somewhere it shouldn't: the select by panes when the selection type is set to "New selection." By nature, new selection clears your existing selection, so the warning is erroneous and misleading. In the below example, even though I have two blocks selected, the query clears it, so the warning is not necessary, confusing even.

The flag should probably also be turned off for Add and Switch methods, too. The only ones I see it being relevant for is Remove and Subset, but even then, it's like, duh, of course I have a selection if I'm trying to remove things from it...I don't see the selection flag as necessary at all in the selection box, too confusing. Other areas, yes, it's great.
