Read Only Warning in ArcGIS Pro

We work in a shared environment where multiple users have access to our map projects. When you open an aprx that someone already has open, there is no warning, just the very subtle "(Read Only)" that appears after the file name at the top. Many other software packages (Microsoft, AutoDesk, etc.) will pop-up a warning that the file is already open, and give you the option to either close the file or open read-only. We have had multiple instances of someone opening a file, making numerous changes, and then realize when they go to save that the file was already open by someone else. It's then a big hassle to reconcile the changes in two aprx files.

@NaicongLi Already Offered? Is there a program option to enable what is described above? Because by default, no warning that an aprx file is already open is given, except for the subtle "Read Only" at the top.

This is implemented in ArcGIS Pro 3.4 with a more noticeable info bar.
