There is no reason for the Summary window to be so small. Allocate more vertical space to this window so users can make detailed descriptions and be able to read them without tedious scrolling within a tiny little window.
Thanks for reaching out. The sharing pane, as with all other dock panes, can be arranged and resized in the UI as desired.
