I'm currently doing an attempt at a file cleanup.
Because Pro cannot see all the files in a given folder, I have to look at both Catalog and File Explorer to figure out what's in the folder. Not a big deal.
Where I'm running into trouble is moving things around. It is miles faster to move and rename in File Explorer, but I run into an issue where Pro applies locks to everything that just don't go away until you close the program . This is supposed to be getting fixed, but I'd also really appreciate a button that just nuked any locks generated by that instance of Pro that aren't like, actively in a map or having a table view open (note: previewing in the catalog should not count as a table view in this case).
Please let us get rid of locks more easily and intentionally.
