I always add an Exports folder to my Pro projects with sub folders by layout. It would be nice if the export dialog had a home button like the add data dialog so you can jump to the project root if it’s navigated elsewhere when you open it.
Yes! Could we expand this to include a home button (and maybe also default database button) for data export or change the data source of a layer?
I cannot vote this up enough. I hate every open/export/save interface in Pro; I cannot understand why it doesn't default to the project's home folder, nor have a home button like ArcMap.
Definitely agree with this idea. It seems to just default to whichever place I last saved something rather than within the current project or offering an option to click Home the way ArcMap did.
This has been implemented in ArcGIS Pro 2.8 where the home folder is always pinned to the top in the file path dropdown.
