Pro: Limit search for template to groups that only contain template files

In ArcGIS Pro 2.0.1 when creating a new project from a template, and selecting a template from "Portal", currently ALL groups the user is a member of are displayed. The group list should ONLY show groups the user is a member of AND contain a template file. For users whom are members of many groups the quest for finding what group contains the template they need is problematic.

This issue is resolved in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.  In ArcGIS Pro 3.2, in backstage, New tab, there is no longer a Portal option listing all your groups for you to expand to see project templates (if available). Instead, click "Start with another template" on the New tab, which opens the Create New Project From Template browse dialog box. When you click My Groups on the left, the Content toggle is selected by default. All project templates available to you from all groups in which you participate are listed. You will not see a list of groups. If you need to find a project template shared to a specific group, click the Groups toggle and double-click the relevant group to access the project templates it contains.
