It appears there is a small UI/UX problem in the GotoXY dialog.
On decimal degrees (dd) and decimal minutes (ddm) settings the labels for the Long and Lat fields are correct and correspond to the fields for data entry. On the degrees, minutes and seconds (dms) setting the text box labels are reversed but not the fields.
Consider changing the dms labels to be consistent with the other 2 lat/long types.
