Preview Assigned ID before Sharing As Web Layer

When publishing a map with "Allow assignment of unique numeric IDs for sharing web layers" enabled, have the Share As Web Layer Contents tab also include Layer ID beside the Layer Name in parentheses.

Instead of having to review every individual layer's properties in the Table of Contents panel, it can be summarised here and reviewed before sharing the web layer to Portal.
