When publishing a map or feature service from ArcMap, the pop-up for the layer when viewed in the Portal web map viewer contains the layer name along with an attribute from the layer, in the format "{layer name}: {ATTRIBUTE}". When publishing from ArcGIS Pro, the pop up of the layer contains the currently selected attribute only. This makes it more difficult for our users to navigate and identify data in the map and seemed like an unnecessary feature deletion between ArcMap and Pro. The only workaround we currently have would be to manually add the layer names back in for each layer, which can be tedious when we have hundreds of layers to deal with.
