Pixel Information Tool

I recently came across the `Image Information` tool under the `Imagery` tab as I wanted to get all the bands value for a pixel selected pixel. The tool is handy but it has room for enhancement.

• It would nice to get the actual value when the mouse pointer is hovered over a particular band's bar plot similar to a plotly plot. Currently this is not possible.
• It would be nice to able to export the plot as a JPEG or something.
• It would be nice to export the plot as a table as well.
• Lastly, it would be nice to do the selection via drawing a rectangle/polygon.

For all that we're committed to using ESRI, sometimes I really miss software like ESDAS Imagine and IDRISI.  They really were better than this now, and they were then.
