Since pairwise buffer has been added to ArcGIS Pro, it would be useful to also add the pairwise functionality to the multiple ring buffer script to speed things up.
Just to be clear, there is not a Pairwise Multiring Buffer tool, but the existing Multiring Buffer tool was enhanced to use pairwise/parallel processing tools in the source code for improved performance.
