Open dialog on same screen as ArcGIS Pro

ArcGIS Pro 3.1

I'm creating a .LYRX layer file by right-clicking the Contents layer >> Sharing >> Save as Layer File:

When using a computer with two screens, the Save Layer File dialog pops up on a different screen than ArcGIS Pro.

When using big screens, I don't always notice that the window has popped up on a different screen.

Screen2: Save Layer File dialog

Idea:
Is there anything Esri can do to make dialogs pop up in the same screen as ArcGIS Pro?

@EarlMedina Yes, I agree what one user may want is not what other users may want.

To address this, can a option be provided on the backend setting (ArcGIS Pro Project > Options) that allows the user to enable all ArcGIS Pro windows to always anchor to the window ArcGIS Pro is running on and the other option could be the default (the ones you mentioned). This would allow users to have flexibility.

There is no plan to implement this by always opening dialogs on the same monitor as Pro - we've had many users ask to not do that, and instead, remember the size and position of dialogs and open them in that same position/size.

@KoryKramer @EarlMedina How does this work when you have multiple projects open? I am using Pro 3.5.4 and I currently have a few projects open on two monitors. It does not seem like dialogs are consistently opening in the same location of the last position of the dialog. It seems like it is getting reset by other open projects (possibly the first project opened). 

Here is what I am experiencing:

• Project 3 is on monitor 3. I opened this project first.
• Project 2 is on monitor 2.
• I opened a table in Project 3 and calculated geometry. The dialog opened on monitor 3.
• I opened a table in Project 2 and opened the calculate geometry dialog. The dialog opened on monitor 3. I moved it to monitor 2 and completed the operation.
• I reopened the calculate geometry dialog in Project 2. It opened on monitor 2.
• I calculated geometry again in Project 3. The dialog opened on monitor 3.
• I reopened the calculate geometry dialog in Project 2. It opened on monitor 3 again.
