New File Merge tool

 When merging files some fields may have different data length values. This results in an error and the file process is stopped. It would be nice if the highest value were used as the default for the new output shapefile.  Not sure how ET Tools get's around the issue but their's does seem to work....for a price.

Also, perhaps letting the user choose which shapefile to use for the data length values.  Most likely, a user would choose the highest value, but maybe there are circumstances where this would not necessarily be the case.

By default the user would get the highest value, but they would have some flexibility with the ability to select which shapefile to use as the basis for the merge.
