Make the UI panes the same for "Select All" in Analyze Datasets and Rebuild Indexes Tools

Please make these two geoprocessing Tools UI panes the same for the "Select All" functionality. This caused me confusion on how to Select All when I was running the Analyze Datasets tool (after I had just used the Rebuild Indexes tool). Super confusing to have to 2 different ways (and the help documentation doesn't talk about Select All - that would be another great addition). I prefer the button that says "Select All".
