Make copy/paste text fields in attribute tables honor source field length.

Please make copying and pasting of text fields in attribute tables from one feature class to another honor the original field's character length. In versions through Pro 2.8.8 and 2.9.5, copying and pasting results in text fields resuming the 255 character length default. 
Below snip shows source fields and pasted fields. Pasted fields have defaulted to 255 again.

This forces extra work for users as we have to re-set field lengths.

Blue fields are pasted and reverted to default length.

Thanks for this Idea.  I'm glad to report that n the current version of the software, text field properties like length are maintained through copy.
