License manager options file leverage Active Directory groups

Allow an administrator to leverage existing Active Directory groups in an options file instead of having to type multiple users names (n=50+).

e.g. GROUP BasicUsers <user1 user2 user3 ...user50>

vs.

e.g. GROUP BasicUsers <A.D. Group "BasicUsers">
