Layout table Frame Display with Alternative Text If No Records

I have a set up a Map Series that includes a layout with many Table Frames inserted (for different point layers). These are filtered by Page Query (community name in this case). As you can see from the example below, this rural community only has a few tables with rows present - the rest of the tables have no records. 

So - my IDEA is to allow the use of alternative text in the placeholder rather than the Table Frame element name when there are no records to display. For example, "No Senior Dining sites present in the community" rather than Senior Dining List (the Table Frame name).

Cool idea. As a workaround, in the current version of the software you can put that text behind the table, then when the table doesn't draw you'll see the text. When the table does draw it will cover the text.

Ah - wonderful hack! I didn't think of tucking text in.... will give a whirl.
