I'm trying to keep my popup open as I rename fields so I can see what the names need to be corrected to, but I can't because every time I activate the fields view, the popup disappears. This is a non-issue in ArcMap since these items live in layer properties.
It would make more sense to me to put all the data design items (fields, domains, etc) back in the layer properties since this is what they are (I do keep looking for them there out of habit, too, as with symbology). It would also solve the pop-up problem described above.
