Include integer types in shape text symbol attribute mapping

With symbol property connections enabled, show integer fields as an option for Shape text symbol > Text string. You can add them as a custom expression fairly easily (expression = '$feature.<field>') but it would make more sense and save a few steps if it just appeared in the list with the other options.

(Fields ZIP & key are missing - both 'long' type.)
