Could uou please improve screen reader accessibility in ArcGIS Pro. So when a user hovers over a button in the menu ribbion the screen reader such as JAWS of NVDA reads the tool tip, This is standard in other descktop software such as Microsoft Office, FME and QGIS to name a few. This would greatly improve the usability of the software greatly for those users with eye conditions and low vision.
