I want to be able to use a gradient fill polygon that goes from (any)color to no color (hollow). This is very useful for showing a fire perimeter without covering up a lot of important data.
I believe that this was possible in former versions of Arc with a percentage of fill. Now the gradient fill will switch to a white even when no color is chosen in the ramp properties.
