Guide to Numbered Features - ability to use Arcade in Category Field

I see this feature being very useful, but one thing that would make it better is the ability to use an Arcade expression for the category field. For example, I want to categorize these cities by number of students, and it does that, but the number alone is confusing without a label. If I could get it to say 1 "student," 2 "students," and so on without making a new field, that would be very useful!
