Given that all ISP & telecommunications providers need to submit data to the FCC for the FCC477 filing. It would be very helpful if there was some sort of a pre-flight tool that could run as an extension to validate the files meet the FCC requirements. It is very, very frustrating to get all done with a set of maps only to upload and find out that one of your fields is double vs long and have to start from scratch. It would be even better if I could upload them to the FCC right through ArgGIS Online vs having to export, zip, etc.
