Extensive Keyboard Shortcuts needed

Currently, ArcGIS Desktop applications have a limited number of keyboard shortcuts. 
Allow extensive control of the applications by introducing comprehensive set of keyboard shortcuts for all kinds of tasks.
Keyboard shortcuts are currently provided for ArcMap. But need for ArcCatalog, Geoprocessing tools in ArcToolbox, shortcuts for ModelBuilder as well.

I would like to see more keyboard shortcuts, and maybe the ability to make your own keyboard shortcuts.

• Switch to Selection Tool

ArcGIS Pro could really use shortcuts for "Save Edits" and "Discard Edits"!

A shortcut for the "Clear" function in the Edit tab would also be very helpful.

Have you tried using keyboard accelerators to set shortcuts you're looking for?

Something that can be helpful is to click the 'Show command IDs on ScreenTips, and then when you're working in the interface and want to create a shortcut for a specific command, you can confirm that it is actually the same command that you're creating the shortcut for in the Customize options.
