'Export data' uses layer as default file name

When exporting datasets, its frustrating to have to copy&paste layer names into the file path, replacing the 'export_output', all the time.

Wouldn't it be easier to detect the layer name and change the default output to that instead?

I realize that this is quite an old idea that is specific to ArcMap. I wanted to point out that in ArcGIS Pro, the Export Features and Export Table tools include the layer name with _ExportFeatures or _ExportTable appended, respectively.
