Export data as arcgis tool

I think it would be useful to have export data tool in ArcToolbox, since very often it is used as part of a geoprocessing operation within a model. Copy features tool, which can be used as a substitute works very slow.

The tool that is closer to right-click layer > Export Data is the Feature Class to Feature Class tool.
