Enable full context menus on QAT galleries

Right now any menu accessed from the QAT does not show the full right click menu that would be shown if the command were accessed from the appropriate ribbon tab. They only show options regarding the QAT and ribbon, requiring you to still go find the command in the ribbon.

I previously posted an idea regarding the command search opening these menus, but this lack of functionality seems to be more widespread.

Hi @wayfaringrob It looks like this is currently possible by right-clicking on the thumbnail. But your post points out that we may need to look at the hit area for clicks within a split button on the QAT. We'll do that. Thank you!
