Domains View — Filter domain values (code or description)

ArcGIS Pro 2.6.8:

I have a domain open in the Domains View. In the values section (codes and descriptions), I want to search for specific values, such as “407” in either the code column or the description column.

But I don't see a way to do that; I only see filtering functionality for searching for a domain name, not its contents.

Could that functionality be added?

You can use a SQL Query in an Enteprises Geodatabase in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL to search for this.
