Custom scale-based sizing

Hello, 

I work mostly with Utility Networks and this means that all my symbols need to change with size with the scale. Unfortunately, the Scale-based sizing option has a minimum scale of 1:1000, where I would need much lower options such as 1:50, 1:250, 1:500, etc. Having an option to input a custom scale would be a great addition, instead of using entirely different style libraries for scaling.

The list of available scale options for scale-based sizing come from the scale list at the bottom of the view. By default, 1,000 is the largest scale, but you can customize the map scale list with new scales and those will be available in the scale-based sizing menus. Expand the scale list menu and click Customize.
