Copy from Domain Values (code, description) and paste into excel or google sheets. Because you don't have Xray for ArcGIS Pro, this is necessary for documenting data models.
For what it's worth, in Pro 3.4.3 and 3.5.0, I'm not able to copy the list of domain names to the clipboard (not to be confused with the domain values).
