ArcGIS Pro 3.4.2
It would be helpful to have a geoprocessing tool that could convert polygons to polylines (1:1): there would be one line for each polygon; the lines wouldn’t be split at common boundaries; all within a single tool.
Could a one-to-one polygon to line GP tool be added? Or enhance the Feature to Line GP tool with an optional setting?

Have you tried Polygon To Line tool?

Uncheck this option:
Does that work for you?
@DanLee Yes, that worked.
"Identify and store polygon neighboring information" seems pretty cryptic. Could the name of that parameter be changed, such as a picklist with "one-to-one" and "one to many" options? Or something better?
@Bud I am glad it worked for you.
Edited after initial posting:
Thanks for the feedback on that parameter. It's a Boolean type parameter. A picklist would be a different parameter type. We cannot change its type, name or keywords due to back compatibility. I am also not sure if we can change the parameter label on the tool dialog because someone might have included screenshot of the parameter in their instructions for using the tool.
It doesn't seem hard to find the tool as long as your search words/phrases include "polygon to line". I will see if we can improve the tool reference to make the option more obvious.
