We're looking to deploy ArcGIS Pro to internal users in our organisation with a concurrent licensing model.
This means we will not require users to log in to either our Enterprise installation or ArcGIS Online, because most use cases are covered by using our centrally held data in .lyrx files.
I'd like to configure a user's default basemap group to contain our basemaps, not the standard Esri ones.
We already maintain a publicly available ArcGIS Online presence, and a basemap group which is publicly accessible. We also have a publicly ("Everyone") accessible base map group in Enterprise. I'd like to simply configure an option in Pro settings to take the basemap gallery from an arbitrary group, whether Enterprise or Pro.
