Compress (ZIP or RAR) a Geodabase or Shapefile Context Menu

In ArcCatalog, add the ability to Right Click on a Geodatabase (File or Personal), or Shapefile and have the ability to send to ZIP/RAR.  This would be very helpful and avoid having to flip back and forth between ArcCatalog and Windows Explorer.

In ArcGIS Pro, a geodatabases' right-click context menu allows quick navigation to its location on disk with the 'Show in File Explorer' option pictured below.  Users can also use the keyboard shortcut Alt-E, while the database is in focus in the catalog pane. Right clicking the database in explorer will then provide access to all compression options available on your machine.
