Please make it possible to start ArcGIS Pro from the command line with a parameter for the license-level. Then it would be possible to create 3 batch files to start ArcGIS Pro immediately with the desired license level (Basic, Standard or Advanced). Starting a new ArcGIS Pro Session (with a predefined license level) is mostly faster then changing the license level inside the options of ArcGIS Pro.
