It would be nice to have the ability to create clickable image files, like clickable gifs. For example, in ArcMap, if I set up a feature’s HTML Popup properties, export it as a gif file, and then add the gif to an HTML document, clicking on a feature in the gif would open a new HTML window according to the properties I set up in the HTML Popup window.
Or, at the very least, if the feature class has a field populated with HTML code, allow users to create a clickable gif based on that field.
