The way ArcGIS R Bindings tries to install to the user's default user profile folder does not work for us because the directory the tool tries to use is not valid. The tool that installs the R Bindings throws a directory not accessible error every time.

Please make it possible for the user to set the installation directory for the R Bindings or change it to be the ArcGIS folder that always gets created in the user's Documents folder.

I suggest you take this up with Esri Support so they can log an issue so it can be solved! They can probably help you with a workaround too.
